Is the service really free?
Yes. You pay nothing to be connected with the suppliers in our network, and we add no margin to their prices.
How do you choose the suppliers in the network?
We check certifications, coverage area, specialisations and how consistently they deliver. Suppliers who do not answer the customers we send them leave the network.
How long before I get an answer?
Usually within one working day. For urgent breakdowns we try to answer the same day.
Do you work outside Italy?
Yes. The network covers over 80 countries, with local contacts for installation, maintenance and spare parts.
